PA Line

We left Chester Vermont at 9am.  With a quick stop at the phone company the house was closed up and the "Arctic Wagon" was off.  We had clear sailing over the Green Mountains of VT and into Albany.  We met up in Syracuse with an old TEI friend (Hi Mike Pircey) which was a great stop.  Teaching the cat (Tekka) how to use the litter box on the side of the road is an art we have yet to purrrfect.

The New York Thruway was clear...until we were in Buffalo.  White out conditions!!!  We ventured on and the rig handled great.  A quick call to our Ohio friend (Dave Parsons) to postpone our rendezvous until the morning and we seeked shelter at the PA Line in a cheap motel - Mums Red Carpet (insert joke here).  $54.00 with pets and internet we could not have asked for more.

Cold beer and a warm welcome bed greet us for the evening.  However the cat has claimed the bed as hers.  We will rest well on our first night.  We'll see what tomorrow brings.
