Kickin it in the Mat-Su Valley

 Saturday found us with a sick cat.  Tekka has been acting strange and peeing on everything.  So we put her in her harness and she left drag marks across the driveway.  The Vet did not do anything but give us a bill...go figure.
 Jay went fishing and couldn't buy a bite.  Amanda ended up at a street fair and won 2 items in a silent action.  Seems like we gave our time and money away.  At least Amanda's money went to charity.
 Sunday we went on a date to a movie.  Then we took a ride up Hatcher Pass to the Independence Gold Mine State Park.  The rain held off all weekend but it was never all that nice.
