Hawaii - Part 2

On Tuesday we picked up the rental car, the skies were cloudy so we headed over to Pearl Harbor

USS Bowfin - interesting thing was this sub sank only 2 Japanese Military boats and two dozen Japanese merchant boats.  We felt that was like shooting down FedEx trucks (a little cheap but it still helped the war).  The other thing was all of Oahu was over run with Asian tourist, and at Pearl Harbor many of them were "having too good a time" kind of sad.

On Monday we walked over to the Honolulu Zoo

 Watch out for the peacock.
Yes, it was mating season.  Too funny watching a 100 year old animal be an animal.  The loud grunting sound for 3 minutes followed by "falling asleep on the partner" was the best part of the zoo.

Monday afternoon we headed back to the beach.  Jay loves the beach...
 ...and the view...
...and Mai Tai's
